  I have travelled a lot, many times for professional reasons and a few times for private reasons. The private ones were the most interesting. Unfolding my spirit, surrendering my soul to the crystal-clear air and enjoying the surroundings were probably a pleasure for my senses in my too short time in Lapland, but nevertheless the most beautiful.

  Surviving in the wilderness in the freezing cold and reflecting on my actions, I think. Apart from that, I'm pretty average, I'd like to think.

  the daily challenges. I do sport every day and challenge myself anew. I am also actively involved in animal welfare and the people I work with are a real enrichment and blessing for the animals. I also live vegan and am fully convinced of this.

  Poetry, animal welfare, vegan life and sport are probably the main topics that move and occupy me at the moment.

  We have a good relationship, which I am very proud of, and I wish them nothing but the best. After all, they are my backbone and provide security in my rather chaotic life.
